Behavioral and educational consultation provides assessment, evaluation, and recommendations for specific students, classrooms, and programs (including IEP and BIP supports). Directly addressing areas of need in the target environment is one of the best ways to establish lasting solutions for educators and students. Direct consultation provides opportunities for more detailed intervention development, staff involvment, and highly supported intervention implementation. Combine a staff training with follow-up direct consultations to significantly improve the effectiveness of any presentation or workshop. The findings are then presented at an IEP. BCI, INC provides training to staff and students regarding the implementation of any recommendations made in an FBA and BIP.
